Suite® incorporates electronic ID support

To assist the public administration in its effort to modernise and
access to new technologies, Polymita has incorporated into the latest
version of Polymita Business Suite®
support for the electronic ID,
increasing digital signatures and authentication using digital certificates,
functionalities already incorporated the platform.
A proper implantation of the e-government systems requires process orientation
for supporting case management, together with document and content management,
thus making easier the collaboration between citizens and government.
One of the characteristics that such solutions in this field must
necessarily offer is having the ability to digitally sign the data records, procedures or processes to
give legal validity to all digital activities, both citizens with their electronic ID or with another
recognized certificate, as officials and employees.
The digital signature of documents ensures the issuer
identification, the information integrity and its legal validity.
Polymita Business Suite® provides technology for managing business processes, contents,
records and automatically generates and stores documents, all this with
electronic signature and completely accessible online.
Through the combined use of all these capabilities, the product
allows quickly build solutions for electronic administration, such as
records management, procedures publication and management online with
citizens - with authentication and signature through an electronic ID-or
automation of workflow and integration processes of different
administrations.

Polymita and Delta-R sign agreement
as technological partners

Polymita BPM-Suite® widens its Business Rules
services in order to extend process management flexibility, while Delta-R
takes a firm step toward Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS).
The integration of both platforms will be at all
levels: processes, data and systems.

Technologies will offer Polymita
BPM-Suite® completely integrated with the advanced Business Rules
(BRMS) engine developed by Delta-R, in this way increasing the
flexibility and power of the automation and process management tool itself,
which already features its own built-in Business Rules Engine (BRE).
The
business rules technologies are considered to be an essential part of the
BPM systems, owing to the fact that they extend the flexibility and agility
which BPM offers for the management of processes. Thanks to Polymita Business Suite®, business rules may be
defined, administered and reused from the same configuration tool. It
features a repository for centralized rules, which can be invoked by any
process at any point, with total access to the data.
Thanks
to the total integration of both product suites’ capabilities,
business users will have multiple advanced mechanisms available to them in
order to define the business rules used in the business processes.

execution engine and modeller. That’s because most BPM tools on the market
