The BPM Matrix is an initiative of the BPM Magazine and O&I Consultants and is an overview of the BPM Suites that are introduced in the Dutch market to offer support for the Business Process Management. BPM Matrix is a key reference in that country for information about BPM tools, and it is consulted by end-users and partners and is considered to be among the deepest and reliable in the market.

The Matrix is divided in three categories: Process Modeling; based on methods and/or techniques to capture process models with additional information and revealing this information in a manner appropriate to business users, Process Execution; shows the process is implemented from different IT applications and the Optimization category is referred to the support to continuous improvement life cycle and its optimization (BPI), from the time of the desired and required modifications or improvements will be resolved and, to the implementation of the modifications in the organization.
