Polymita explores the Asian market in its technological tour in China

Erik Brieva, Polymita’s President and CTO gives a speech in the Shanghai Global IT Summit, attends several networking events and settles down partnerships agreements in China.

The Global IT summit was celebrated in Shanghai last week, a great Information Technologies international fair, with special emphasis in the market of enterprise software. In addition to the participation of several Chinese companies, mainly those located in Shanghai’s Software Park, the fair counted with the participation of software multinationals like SAP, Oracle and others.
Through his presentation “Empowering Business Productivity”, Erik Brieva explained the importance of the business process automation and how companies can gain productivity through the management of business processes by a centralized software tool.

Polymita´s visit to Shanghai was made within the frame of the Technological Bridge organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Barcelona Activa. Other organized events were a networking between Spanish and Chinese companies and a Tertulia Digital, where Polymita was able to explore business opportunities with Japanese, Korean and Chinese companies, as well as with established Spanish industrialists in China.

Polymita´s agenda was completed with visits to VAR’s interested in distributing and implanting the product BPM-Suite. The Chinese companies were shown demonstrations of the tool and informed about the advantages, like the fast and easy implantation and the excellent quality-price relationship.

“The Chinese market is a challenge, in spite of being the world’s fastest growing economy; its companies have enormous management problems. The necessity to compete globally even in its own land with the foreign companies established in the country, requires that the companies make a deep analysis of their processes and automate their management. ”, indicates Brieva.
