The Ajuntament The City Council of l' Hospitalet de LLobregat has won the free BPM-Suite license, in the context of the IV National Congress of BPMS.

Like every year, within the frame of the National Congress of BPMS, Polymita Technologies raffles off a free license of their BPM-Suite.

During the congress Polymita Technologies participated not only as exhibitor, but also gave presentations on “How to improve the efficiency and the effectiveness of the organizations through BPM technologies”, one product demo and two case studies on real estate and Business process management in JACIE.

Moreover, Polymita Technologies presented the new version 4.0 BPM Suite ®.
Its main novelty is the optimization of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) module.

Polymita´s BPM solution allows users to define and control their processes, as it is a solution that integrates tools for design, modeling, integration, simulation, implementation and monitoring of complex processes (workflows).

If the version 3.0 of Polymita Technologies´ BPM suite placed special emphasis on supporting standards, version 4.0 adds the Integration of Enterprise Application.

The EAI module enables, among other features, to make calls to web services through a simple setup process, without having to write code. All this thanks to its analysis technology and web services introspection in real time.

Thanks to BPM Suite ® 4.0, companies can improve the quality of their service through the implementation of methodologies and the customer service levels by systematizing all interactions. In addition, companies can improve the degree of control over the ongoing activities due to the visualization of the processes in real time and reporting. Similarly, the latest version of BMP-Suite implements corporate policies of security, traceability, auditing and integration.
