Polymita collaborates in the ITworldEdu presentation to more than 50 IT companies in Catalonia

ITworldEdu, the first major meeting towards excellence in educational technology, will bring together over 300 professionals from technological and educational field in Barcelona in October.

More than 50 IT Catalan entrepreneurs Companies specialized in educational field have attended the presentation of ITworldEdu (ITWE), the first major meeting towards excellence in educational technology to be held in Barcelona from 29 to 31 October.

During the event, which took place within the heart of Cercle per al Coneixement - Barcelona Breakfast, Jordi Roca, Director of Ciutat Coneixement, said that "ITWE is the Key summit of the future in which we firmly believe. The combination of IT and education is a natural tendency of improvement, development and qualification at the education sector. "

Within the context of the summit, ITWE will analyze the current education-technology relationship and its future trends. It will focus on the exhibition of real educational technology cases and on the analysis of these experiences, to share needs and solutions among various players in the sector. More than 300 professionals from technological and education field will meet in ESADEFORUM from October 29 to 31.

In the words of Josep Menéndez, General Director of CETEI - Joan XXIII Foundation, ITWE organizer institution, "the ITworldEdu presentation is an important step of the company’s involvement in the educational field and vice versa. It is nessary that both sectors communicate to find solutions to technological needs in the education field. “For his part, Josep. A. During the summit, participants from ITworldEdu will create a joint search framework which strengthens the integration of new technologies in the education environment, in the fields of training and learning, organizational management and the educational community 2.0.

The presentation was attended by members of the companies driving the ITworldEdu; representatives of the la Secretaria de Telecomunicacions i Societat de la Informació de la Generalitat de Catalunya; Coneixement i's Ciutat de Promoció econòmica de l’Ajuntament de Barcelona; Besides CETEI-Joan XXIII Foundation, an institution which hosts the event.
