Processes-oriented methodology ", organized by GESPRODAT, Legal and Information Technology Consultancy in Data Protection and New Technologies Law, in Madrid on October 2.

This event is organized by taking advantage of the entry into force, last April 19, of the new “La LOPD” (RLOPD) development regulation.

The aim of the conference is to analyze the main difficulties when it comes to the implantation of this legislation in companies (LOPD 15/99 and RLOPD 1720/2007), as well as knowing the appropriate methodology to ensure the success of that implementation and its further monitoring, both in its procedural and information technology aspects.
