Polymita Business Suite® allows direct connection with document managers to store all types of documents needed in the processes management.
The latest version of Polymita Business Suite incorporates a connector that can store documents related to a process within the Alfresco document manager, as well as display the documents directly from the display of processes´detail or from the user’s task box.
From now on all Alfresco users can install business processes with the assurance that all information relating to their company´s business will remain stored on a centrally in their company´s document manager, being accessible both from the managers themselves, and from the installed processes.
This is possible thanks to the Content Studio module, which in its latest version incorporates connectors with document/records managers such as Alfresco or Documentum as well as allowing a total interaction with external systems such as ERP's, GIS or CRM's. Content Studio is integrated within the Polymita solutions and allows on-line modeling of the business objects and its forms, allowing a work-sharing among business analysts (form design) and the IT personnel (data model and integration).
