The breakfast’s focus is to introduce, a set of concepts, tools and better existent practices on the market that can help the system’s responsible and, as a consequence, to their company to manage their information system quality in a proactive and successful way .
Due to the competitive and changing environment which companies are facing nowadays, it is necessary to maintain alive the concept of continuous improvement towards execellency. Organizations need to be agile and flexible in order to face the continuous changing to which they are submitted (changing of the client’s needs, of the applicable legislation, of the available technology, of the organization’s staff,…) and must be effective and efficient if they want to consolidate its business to a mid and long-term.

Polymita will demonstrate how BPM technologies offer the hedonic motor to increase the productivity levels and competiveness in a continuous way, facilitating the adoption of a strategy to manage in a unified way, people, systems and contents trough processes, something that ensures the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness.
We will also see, trough real experiences, those key aspects to have in mind along the solutions and BPM technologies implementation processes to make efficiency and effectiveness a reality.
