Polymita at CIO Conference

The multinational participated last April 22nd in Barcelona in a breakfast meeting organized by Birchman about new tools for quality management.

Polymita, world leader in BPMS (Business Process Management Software) participated last April 22 in Barcelona in a breakfast meeting organized by his partner Birchman. Under the title: "Office CIO: tools for quality management", the seminar was to aim to reveal a range of existing tools and concepts in keys market to manage the information systems of an enterprise. The breakfast was held at the Gallery Hotel in Barcelona.

Mar Lozano, Business Services Manager of Polymita offered the conference "Towards BPM technology excellence.” Lozano showed how BPM technology can increase productivity and competitiveness of the company, facilitating the adoption of a strategy to manage in a unified way people, systems and content through the processes. The current changing environment (change in the customers’ needs, in the applicable law, in the available technology, on the organization’s staff,...) requires companies to be flexible in their processes if they want to be effective and efficient. Today more than ever, companies cannot afford failures or delays in its processes and they need tools to help increase productivity. Also, Polymita presented case studies of implementing BPM solutions through which it has shown the real experience success of such solutions.

Among Polymita customers that have implemented a BPM solution in their Quality Systems, there’s the Security Department of the Spanish Government, with the objective to advance in the EFQM implementation, the San Juan de Dios Hospital, the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid or the National Finance Corporation of Ecuador.

The meeting counted, also, with the participation of companies such as University of Barcelona, TB-Security or Justinmind.
