Polymita at BPM Day: Rapid deployment process with BPM

Barcelona, 27th May, 2010– Polymita global leader in BPMS, participated in the "BPM Day" as an official sponsor and at the same time, gave a conference about how to start quick projects of documentation, processes automation and workflows.

The event, held yesterday, May 26 in Madrid organized by the Club BPM, is a meeting point and collaboration space between BPM experts to analyze the advantages of business process automation and management to the business environment.

The "BPM Day" was on how to do BPM projects quickly and efficiently with visible results. Polymita was chosen once again as an expert in this field because, as Gartner indicates, is the company with the technology more agile and quick in helping to implement business processes and workflows in the market.

So Polymita, spoke about two different issues: business rules engines and how to create a rapid deployment process with BPM.

While for business rules engines, explained what they are, what their applications are, what functionalities should provide a Business Rules Management System (BRMS) and why they have been integrated into tools for Business Process Management (BPM) as Polymita.

The second part of the Polymita's presentation dealt about the key facts to prepare a BPM team and rapid deployment environment, the critical success factors in projects, the main causes of failure, how to solve them and where to start BPM projects to succeed.

The "BPM Day" is framed in the cycle of conferences organized by the Club BPM under the theme "Keys to successful implementation of BPM" aimed at Directors of Processes, Organization and Systems. The event was attended by many professionals in the field of BPM that exposed their knowledge in a practical way and with the objective to disseminate the actual results of the implementation of BPM projects in business process management. Thus, the primary objective of the seminar was taught how to perform each of BPM automation projects quickly and efficiently, achieving optimum results, clear and visible
